We reference all our tenants through LettingRef. We will send you a link. Once it's filled in, it should take less than 24hrs, if the contact details for your previous landlord and employer are correct.
On Acceptance
Contract: In plain English
All our contracts are straightforward, with no hidden clauses and are written in plain English. You are welcome to take them away for discussion and approval before signing.
